Community Care Village Housing

This project was funded through the Infrastructure/Ontario program. We were required to obtain a building permit 3 months from the time of the award to secure funding. We worked closely with the owner and the City of Kawartha Lakes in order to meet these deadlines. We were responsible for all aspects of approvals from the site plan approval stage to obtaining building permits. The project had specific requirements for seniors and people with disabilities. We were able to incorporate many features into the design and construction of the building including fully accessible kitchens and bathrooms as well as features for the visually and hearing impaired.
